Outlook Contacts vs. OL Express Address Book

Is there any way to keep the 'Address Book' in sync with my Outlook
Contacts - e.g. thru Imports\Exports, etc.? Alternatively, can Outlook
Express be set up to use the Outlook Contacts list? My 'Address Book' is
years out-of-date compared to my Outlook Contacts list..
