Outlook contacts

I can enter contacts into my phone book with an email
address. When I hit "To" I can see the names I entered
and it enters them in the "To" line but does not include
the email address.

Any ideas?

Phone Book? What's the Phone Book?
Contacts are entered in the Contacts Folder.
