My outlook crashes on every launch -
Appears to be a classic bad pointer:
"The instruction at "0x100ebbc" referenced memory
at "0x8004010f". The memmory could not be "read".
Of course without launching outlook I cann access
myproduct ID to get online support so I am well and truly
*&(^$(*^$#@ ed. (Like MIcrosopft gives a ()(*&#)(#&$@'s A)
(*@!#)(*@!#)(*!
Anyway, wondering if anyone knew of any way to get a
product id without launching outlook (so I can get on
microsoft's online help to help them debug their pos
product) OR
if anyone knows of a cleanser for a .pst file, since I am
wondering it its a corupt pst file thats causing the
problem.
Thanks anyone.
