Outlook crashing - address book problem?

I have a problem when Outlook starts - it works for a few
seconds then hangs. The only way I have found to get round
it is deleting the Outlook Address Book (from mail
settings in control panel) then recreating it. We run
Exchange Server 2000. Had about 10 users affected recently.
Anybody come across similar problem or can offer a bit of
advice ? Thanks.
