Outlook Current View default fields should include From and To

The default view for new folders doesn't include the From or To fields so I
end up creating a "new" view every time I create a new folder. So, Outlook
should allow a change to the default view a user can adjust or just put in
the From field as a baseline field for the default view.

It sounds like you need do reset the view as the From field is included in
the default view. But you can easily make other changes globally. See
