Outlook deletes the original E-mail

Hi.
One of our users is still running Outlook2000 with internet E-mail client.
Now he is experience strange behavior of his e-mail. When he replays on or
forwarding an incoming E-mail, the e-mail is deleted from his Inbox. How come
and how can I solve this problem?

We are having this same problem with Outlook 2003 (without email client)

I am unable to find a way to resolve this.

When he receives the emails from his Yahoo account, it deletes them. I
would like to find a way to rectify this also.
