Outlook does not find Notes by Cyrillic text in them

Hello
Outlook 2003 sp1 and 2002 sp2 do not find Notes by Cyrillic text in them,
only by Latin text and digits. How to make Outlook 2003 sp1 find Notes by
Cyrillic text in them?
