outlook does not recognize name

In Outlook2002, I have a new problem: If I type in a full email address
which is not in my address book/contacts I get a message that "Outlook does
not recognize one or more names." If Joe Blow is in my address book, I can
type "Joe Blow" or "jblow@msn." and it works. If he's NOT, then typing
"(e-mail address removed)" gets this message. Suggestions? Thanks!

I am now having that same problem. I just recently changed over to outlook.
Did you ever get the problem solved? If so, whats the fix?
