Outlook does not respond if you leave it for a while

I have Office XP installed. I have 3 profiles, 2 are ok
but one has a contining problem with Outlook. If you log
in to Outlook, then leave the pc for a while, a second
Outlook window opens and both of them show as not
responding. The only solution is to shut down and restart.

Any ideas?
