Outlook doesn't allow access to email contacts by another programm

I have hot synched Palm and Outlook for a couple of years. Recently, Outlook
has started asking me to agree to access to email contacts by another
programme (ie Palm); when I click 'yes' it doesn't acknowledge this and just
keeps asking. Has anyone had the same problem and solved it? Thanks.

Try getting a newer version of your synchronization program.
