Outlook doesn't enter 2nd choice signature when I choose it

G

gbtbag

I need to send emails with different signatures, depending on the recipient.

I send more with one signature than the other, so the one I use most is the
default.

However, when I want to switch to the 2nd one, I right-click on the 1st
choice, which has been automatically entered into my email by Outlook, and
select the name of the 2nd choice signature.

But nothing happens Outlook doesn't replace the first choice. It just
leaves it in place, and I have to manually delete the 1st choice and replace
it with the 2nd choice.

This doesn't sound right. Any suggestions on what else I need to do?

Thanx.

you need to tell us your version. In some versions Outlook does as you say,
it ads the second Signature, in other versions is replaces the signature.
