Outlook doesn't maximise correctly

Hi,
Has anyone had the same problem as I?
When I maximize the Outlook window in Win2k, it does not
fill the screen view. It maximizes to the right size, but
is placed a few lines (2-3 mm)lower than the rest of the
maximized windows, and the bottom bit is cut off.

Anyone?
