Outlook email errors in both send/receive?

New Computer Dell has Office w/Outlook. The email does not work. Does not
connect to incomming or outgoing. My POP3 and SMTP are correct. Please
advise.

Care to post your version of Outlook and the exact text of the error
messages? The crystal ball is a little dirty today.

Also, try pinging the POP and SMTP server you are using to see if your
computer can even see them.
