Outlook & Entourage Category Mapping

Hello all

My Entourage displays different categories for its contacts than the one's I
have set in Outlook

1. How can I get these two category lists to match

2. How can I get Entourage contacts' categories to match the categories
Outlook displays for each contact I have?

You can't (not automatically anyway). The categories are not synched
through the Exchange server.
