Outlook Error Code 0x800ccc19

Help! Have been trying to send email message, but keep
getting "Error Code: 0x800ccc19". Anyone have any
suggestions about what this means? Any solutions? Thanks.

By using Field Chooser (Rightclick on the top of a column and choose Field
Chooser from the pop-up menu) you can add a column called "Modified". Sort
your contacts on Modified and select all your latest contact. Choose File->
Print... and choose to print "Only Selected Rows".

Oops, wrong message :-S

Anyway, does this problem also occur when you have your firewall and
virusscanner disabled? If so update that software or reconfigure it.
