Outlook Error Message 0x80040119-0x00050a-0x000546

Everytime I try to send an email with an attachment I get this error message, and I have to resend it. The message states that the email is being scanned for viruses, etc., but it is not. I then have to resend it by going to "resend this message".

Can anyone help me?
