Outlook Error Message

Have outlook XP (corporate/workgroup mode)loaded on a
Win2K SP4 machine. Whena particular user logs in and
starts outlook they receive an error message that
states "An Extension Failed to Initialize". Outlook then
takes them to their messages and all appears to be well.
However, I cannot get into the Forms manager because it
says that
the pages are blank due to not enough memory. This machine
has 512MB of memory and Outlook is the only app running.
I have checked Event Viewer and there are no events that
are logged when this happens. If another user logs in to
the same machine, the problem does not occur. I did a
Detect and Repair on Outlook and also deleted the Exchange
Server Setup and added it back, but the problem keeps
happening. I have searched Technet and other forums
however, each time this error is mentioned it always
mentions extend.dat or some other file name in the actual
error message. This error message mentions no files
whatsoever. Any ideas?
