After updating to Office 2003, one of my users
get this error message after opening outlook.
"there was an error reading the rules from the server,
the format of the server rules was not recognized"
after deleting their profile and recreating it, and also
after using the comman-line switch "/cleanrules" They
still get this message. I have also tried to run clean
sweep with no success.
Can someone please tell me how to fix this error.
