OUTLOOK ERROR

While trying to startup Outlook, the message: "An OLE
registration error occurred. The program is not correctly
installed. Run setup again for the program." pops up.
Once I hit the ok button, outlook goes away.

I have reinstalled microsoft 2000 many times and I still
receive the error. Anyone got any ideas?
