Outlook Error

Greetings,
I have a fresh windows 2000 install (with all the patches). I have
microsoft office 2000
and outlook 2000 installed.

This machine is a family multi-user machine. Outlook is configured .
When Outlook is launched the error:

Microsoft Visual C++ runtime Library. Runtime error program:
C:\PROGRAM~1\MICROS~2\OFFICE\OUTLOOK.EXE This application has requested the
runtime to terminate it in an unusual way. Please contact the application
support team for more information.



If you launch it again immediately, it will work. What is causing this ?
