Hello,
I moved approx 550 mailboxes from from one storage group/mailbox store
to another storage group/mailbox store on the same Exchange 2003 SP2
server.
Some Outlook 2003 users are now receiving the error: "Microsoft Office
Outlook has encountered a problem and needs to close." Some users with
Outlook 2000: "Outlook.exe has generated errors and will be closed by
Windows".
I can see that the mailbox moves were complete and successful and AD is
showing the correct information.
OWA works fine and this is currently the only way to get a user into
their mailbox.
We have tried:
1) recreating profiles
2) taking the user out of cached mode
3) uninstalling/reinstalling Office
4) running Detect and Repair
Users were OK before the mailbox move. Has anyone else run accross
this?
Thanks.
