Outlook Errors

I have a client that has run into the "exceeding
character limitations" error number 553. One of the
users is now able to send/receive without error, but the
messages do not leave the "Outbox" and have "None" on the
date stamp column. Any suggestions? I double checked
the post office configuration and it all seems correct.
