Outlook exchange needs a local dictionary

Because I work from multiple office locations, I use Outlook Exchange, rather
than regular Outlook. It is very, very frustrating to have the OE spell
checker continually quiestion the correct spelling of the same words over and
over again. It would be very helpful if OE could store a "custom" dictionary
on my laptop that would collect my personal "correctly spelled words" that
could also be checked during the spell check sequence. That way I wouldn't
have to tell OE a million times a day that the company I work for really is
spelled "Clearwire".

I never heard of Outlook Exchange, and neither did Google...

My regular Outlook can do that easily; I can add any word I want to add
to my local dictionary.

P.S. we have several people in our company who travel with their laptop
to different office locations around the world, and they all use regular
Outlook.
