Outlook.exe crash after creating a New mail

Hello, We have Exchange 2000 and Outlook 2000 SR-1

When some users create a new mail using some personal contacs outlook crash
saying: Outlook.exe has generated a error.
When we export the contacs and imports them aging it works.?!
