OUTLOOK.exe has generated errors

Hi,
I am getting error every time I open outlook
2000 "OUTLOOK.exe has generated errors and will be closed
by windows....." I repaired it, reload off 2000 in
diffrent location mailbox are in server (exchange 2003).
Problem is still there.
Now I installed off XP and it is working fine, but I can
not load XP I need to be with OFF 2000.

PLS. help
