If your work allows POP or IMAP access to your Exchange server, you could
use a POP or IMAP account in OE to read the messages on the Exchange server.
However, if your default delivery location is a PST and not Exchange
(meaning you download the messages to your work PC from Exchange when you
connect), then you won't be able to see anything from home.
