Outlook exiting

Hello,

The situation I have is this. We run Outlook 2000 with
Exchange 2000. One user has a situation where everytime
she goes into the address book icon and then chooses a
name from their contact list (not gal) Outlook completely
closes and then leaves a message "Please wait while
Outlook exits" and that message stays on the screen. I
have removed all add-ins but still have the same problem.
Would appreciate any ideas.
