Outlook express-2 login boxes

When Outlook express is executed, 2 login boxes appear.
I am concerned that we may been hacked. Any assistance
will be appreciated. BTW, we are utilizing Norton AV and
Norton firewall on a Windows XP OS. Thanks in advance.
