Outlook Express 5 to Outlook 97

I need to take my contact information that is in Outlook
Express and update my contacts in Outlook 97. i tried
File>Import& Export>Internet MAil & Addresses but I don't
have those options. Any ideas?

Outlook 97 probably had no such options. That version is so old it is no
longer supported.
