Outlook Express 6 Import/Export Mail

I've searched hi and low for help on this. I hope I've found the right
forum. I've got two XP boxes (one old, one new). No serial ports, only
network ports on both boxes. I want to export the Email from Outlook Express
6 on the old box into Outlook Express 6 on the new box. I've already
exported the old Email and have a *.dbx file for each folder. I've copied
the files onto the new XP box. All attemps to import the *.dbx files into
the Outlook Express 6 on the new XP box have failed. I can't figure out what
I'm doing wrong.

Try posting this in an Outlook Express news group - this is not one of them.
Outlook is a part of Microsoft Office and is what this group supports.
Outlook Express is a part of Internet Explorer and has its own news groups.
