Outlook Express Attachment removed

When someone sends a large attachment, outlook express
removes it. Express says that it is an unsafe attachment.
Does anyone know how to prevent this, or how I can read
the attachment?

open outlook express and select tools | options | security tab. you want to
uncheck the second box from the top concerning attachments.
