Outlook Express Attachments

OE keeps removing attachments as "unsafe", when I know who
the sender is. Is there a way of stopping OE doing tyhis

Open OE and select Tools | Options | Security tab. Uncheck the second box
from the top concerning attachments.

Uncheck the box that tells Outlook Express to deny access to attachments.
