Outlook Express contactsBackup

When i back up outlook express to a file (Zip Drive) no
problem with contacts, "BUT" the journal items more
importantly the phone entries do not get backed up.
Has anyone got any ideas please

Ummm Outlook Express doesn't have a journal and if you make a backup of the
pst file that Outlook uses, then it should contain EVERYTHING in your
Outlook other than account settings and rules.

My mistake it should be Outlook not express
anyway nothing other than the contact information goes
over none of the Activities are copied

Are you copying the WHOLE pst file or just exporting bits of it?
