outlook express hotmail rejection of account

One hotmail account works fine in Outlook Express and the
other one WAS working fine. I deleted and re-entered the
account exactly like the one that does work but it hangs
up on importing folders. When I try to send/receive, I am
getting these error messages:

An error has occurred. Account: 'nmae2',
Server: 'http://services.msn.com/svcs/hotmail/httpmail.asp'
, Protocol: HTTPMail, Port: 0, Secure(SSL): No, Error
Number: 0x800C006F

Unable to poll for new messages on your HTTP server.
Protocol: NNTP, Port: 0, Secure(SSL): No, Error Number:
0x800C006F

I can't find anything on Help that helps. ARRRgh
