(Using Office XP Professional under WinXP Home.)
In all the years I've used Office products (Word and Excel
since Windows 3.1) I've never used Outlook. (A friend of
mine had a really bad experience installing it under Office
97 and that put me off it.)
I've been looking into the Outlook program recently and I
think I should give it a try. However I'm worried about my
Outlook Express email and my WinXP fax setups. Will all of
my address book info and my OE email and newsgroup folders
be accessible from Outlook? Will I be able to continue
handling all my fax and email and newsgroup functions from
Outlook? Will I leave OE installed or will I uninstall it?
What I'm asking basically I guess is how seamless is the
move from Outlook Express to Outlook?
