Outlook Express takes a minute to start?

On one system, Outlook Express starts up and ready to use immediately.

On another system, it starts up and then takes about a minute before I can
use it.

Both are on XP Pro.

Any ideas why?

Outlook Express is part of IE. You should ask in a group specializing in
Outlook Express questions.

There is none. People may now not read my question because it will look
like its been answered. That wasn't very helpful of you.

Sorry, you're right. They weren't in my list from the ms news groups until
I refreshed the list. Perhaps were added later...
