Outlook Express Won't Save E-Mail on Terminal Server

Hi All,

I have a W2K (SP 4) Terminal Server; the users have roaming profile folders
and a few of them recently started using Outlook Express (Office 2K will be
eventually installed). The re-occuring problem is whenever one of these
users opens Outlook Express, they are presented with the default "Welcome"
e-mail and any previously received e-mail(s) no longer appears in the inbox.
Anyone have any experience with this problem? TIA...
