Does anyone happen to know why Outlook Express will no longer manage my
Hotmail account?

Any help is very welcome

Yes, because Microsoft decided to no longer allow access to Hotmail via
Outlook or Outlook Express unless you _pay_ for the privilege.

I don't understand your answer. I have 3 hotmail accounts, and just read
mail with OE in all 3 before coming into this NG.

You won't be able to do that much longer unless you pay for Hotmail.
