I did a normal shut down and when I went to reopen
Outlook 2002 it will not start except in safe mode. It
states it cannot open Word, file path cannot be found. I
have gone into the program and did the repair and detect.
Did all that they said to do but it still will not open
the first time I try. Have to do a Ctrl-Alt-Del to shut
it down and than when I reopen the program it will only
open in Safe Mode..Anyone have any ideas?
