Outlook Fax Templates

Is it possible to create a fax template in Outlook 2002.
We don't want to fax from outlook, but just create a fax
cover sheet to print out for faxing.

Normally one would create a merge document in Word. Outlook uses Word for
performing mail merge functions such as Form Letters, mailing labels,
envelopes, and fax or email merges. For an overview of these functions take
