Outlook features do not work...please help ASAP!!!

For some reason, the Bold, Italic and Underline toolbars cannot become
highlighted in Outlook no matter how many times I customize it.

Also, certain features – Attach file option and moving emails to certain
folders – is not working in Yahoo! Email for the last 36 hours. I feel
disabling my firewall/anti-virus program may help, but how I can do that?

Will greatly appreciate help. You all can write directly on (e-mail address removed)
if you prefer.

the bold, underline and italic buttons are only live if the message format
is HTML.

What version of Outlook do you have? Is it activated? Have you tried
restarting Outlook?
