Outlook for Mac

Will there ever be a Mac Version of Outlook? Just trying to understand why
Entourage is still the app of choice for Office for the Mac.

Thanks

This question is excellent Outlook is better.
Example: 2008 Entourage: A person cannot change the subject line (unless replying or forwarding.) I MISS that.
Example: The "dictionary" was much more effective. It offered great options of spelling a word and you could just click on the 1 you wanted. Entourage has an alphabetical listing. It doesn't suggest any logical options which was very handy.

Removal of edit subject was unintentional. According to developers- when we
changed the appearance of mail headers, the dev removed this feature. Adding
it back in after the change ended up being very risky and we decided to
focus elsewhere. Download Edit Subject script and place it in your Entourage
script menu items folder inside the Microsoft User Data folder to change
subject.

When I misspell a word in Entourage (2004), it provides a list of
suggestions in an order that seems most likely to match my intention. E.g.,
for "feble" it suggested "feeble" before "fable" or "feebler", but it let me
click on any of them. Did this change to an alphabetical listing in 2008? If
so, that's one more reason not to "upgrade".
