Outlook Forward Rule Behavior

Does anyone know the behavior for 'Forward' Rules going to another email address? Some times they show as Forwarded messages. Other messages from 'Forward' rules look like they came from the original sender

I would like to get all forwarded email to look like they came from the original sender
