Upgraded our Exchange 2000 server to Exchange 2003 last week and ever since
some (not all) of my users keep losing their Global Address List in Outlook.
Only way to get it back is to delete their Outlook profile and recreate it -
at which point everything works fine.
Then it vanishes again at a random point.
What can I do?
