outlook hangs

Iam using outlook 2000 with win2k configured as corporate&workgroup.
Suddenly my outlook starts hanging, i tried removing the profile and
readding it without the pst file, but still it hangs.

Iam not facing this problem if i add someothers mailbox.

Can anyone help how to solve this?

Just for information :

This problem disappears when running outlook with /safe
parameter. However, I couldn't find what is the reason ???
