Outlook has encountered a problem etc

Help! Running Outlook 2000. Been running just fine for several years. Today
we get the above message.

The info to be sent in to MS is:
appName: outlook.exe
appVer: 9.0.0.2416
modName: fldpub.dll
modVer: 9.0.2518.0
offset 0002a142.

We had this same problem about a half a year ago and my recollection is that
is cured itself.

Only one user and she is the administrator.

What were you doing when you got the message? Sending an e-mail?
Printing? Other?
