When outlook XP sp-3 do hotsync with Palm Tungsten E. A
message "A program is trying to access e-mail addresses
you have stored in Outlook, do you want to allow
this?". "If this is unexpected, it may be a virus and you
should choose "No". When you choose Yes sometimes you are
able to sync and sometimes you are unable to sync.
The answer from Palmone is:

as a security feature provided by Microsoft for Microsoft
Office. To get rid of this message you need to contact
Microsoft.
