Outlook ICON on the desktop

Does anyone know how to have a SHORTCUT for Outlook 2000
(or 2002 or 2003) on the desktop INSTEAD of the default
icon it loads when you install office? (The default icon
is the one where you can right click on it, go to
properties and start to configure it)

I assume creating the shortcut isn't the problem. To properly remove the
Outlook icon follow the following KB article

FYI: Outlook 2003 doesn't have the icon on the desktop anymore
