I have created/subscribed to 5 IMAP folders in each of the accounts that I
manage.
However, on each Outlook session (regardless of whether it is a new windows
session or not) the folders are all collapsed under each account, forcing me
to click on the (+) sign next to each account to be able to access the
folders.
Needless to say that this becomes an unpractical proposition with many
accounts.
Outlook Express does not display this behavior (folder view is preserved
from session to session).
Even more concerning is that I managed to have access to a computer with the
pre-release version of Office 12 installedand this behavior has not
changed/been corrected.
Any suggestions or guidance if I am simply not finding the right
configuration settings?
