Outlook Installation Error

I am getting an error message that
says ..........Reinstall or run regsvr32.exe
Vbscript.dll....'Display Name' missing or an incorrect
value...

How do I fix this?

the (insert latest virus name here) virus, all mail sent to my personal
account will be deleted without reading.

After searching google.groups.com and finding no answer, Mike asked:
